Your data is stored in the European Union, in the Ireland region of our database provider Supabase, and is protected by encrypted connections and access rules that let each user see only their own company’s data. GroundWorks Manager costs £40 per month for a team of up to 5 people and £50 per month for 6 to 10 people. Above 10 people we prepare an individual quote — write to info@automatedforge.com. Paying for a year costs £400 or £500, which is twelve months for the price of ten. All prices include VAT. The app is currently in beta and these prices apply from launch; subscriptions are purchased securely on the website, not through mobile app stores.
Yes. GroundWorks Manager includes dedicated calculators for many types of landscaping and groundworks tasks, including paving, stairs, fences, and walls. Enter the dimensions of the job and the app returns material quantities, task durations, and the labour required — so you order the right amounts and quote with confidence.
Yes. Work pricing builds up automatically as you plan a project in GroundWorks Manager, and you can edit it at any point. From there you generate pricing documents and invoices directly in the app and track actual costs against the estimate.
